Philosophy of Faith Lutheran Home
Faith Lutheran Home and its governing board of directors recognize man’s unique composition of body and soul; therefore, the concept of total care is to embrace the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of each resident. Also, aging is not to be considered a barrier to usefulness and happiness.
It is the objective of Faith Lutheran Home to provide a facility which has a pleasant and homelike atmosphere and also provide and make available an enriching program of services that apply to the needs of the residents. These in turn, will allow for the further development of his/her potential capabilities and wholeness of life. It is the obligation of the administrator to provide an adequate and competent staff and to give the residents the cooperation and assistance necessary for quality nursing care.
It is the policy of Faith Lutheran Home to admit only those residents whose needs can be met by the facility or met in cooperation with community resources or other providers. It is our policy to provide equal access and services to all residents without regard to race,iwc replica watches color, national origin, disability, or age. Consultation with the State Department of Health will be conducted on a case-by-case basis with the welfare of inquires, existing residents, and staff considered. The facility will not admit persons in need of services greater than can be provided and will preclude the solar powered toys provision of care for any resident who’s needs are sustained by electrical life-support equipment by transferring any such resident to a facility with these capabilities. Faith Lutheran Home will not conduct any procedures requiring the administration of anesthesia.
